Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a major contract with day-to-day management, staffing, financial oversight, and program reporting. You will supervise staff and subcontractors, coordinate with the COTR, and drive cost, schedule, and technical performance to meet contractual baselines.

The role requires 16+ years of program management experience, TS/SCI with polygraph, and PMP certification, with a focus on intelligence community projects and cyber security.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification or equivalent.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• 16 years exp progressive experience within Program/Project management.
• Program Management experience within the Intelligence Community; supporting Cyber Security or Cyber Intelligence preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work and quickly transition across multiple tasks
• Experience managing contracts over $400Mil
• Working knowledge of the customer processes, programs, and policies
• Expert representational, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products
• Superior organizational and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with personnel at all levels of government
• Expert skills using MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated expert ability to effectively work with senior and executive level government staff

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the contract including staffing, financial management, as well as technical and programmatic reporting.
• Overseeing employees and subcontractors; manage LOE and completion contracts; understand cost reimbursable contracts.
• Direct the work of staff and provide leadership and mentoring to the team; coordinate with COTR and customer decision makers.
• Lead successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program; prepare staffing plans and forecasts.
• Define tasks with the customer and set expectations; assist in hiring and onboarding new staff.
• This position is contingent upon award of contract.
