Job summary

SAIC seeks a Senior Program Manager to oversee a Prime contract focused on Technical Exploitation from a customer site in Bethesda, MD. You will manage a small team, report to the COR, and ensure delivery of quality, cost, and schedule while maintaining staffing levels.

Ideal candidates have 18+ years of overall experience, 8+ years leading PM teams, TS/SCI with poly, and a proven record managing 10+ technical professionals. PMP and STEM degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with poly required for consideration.
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field; PMP preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years in PM, project management, or technical leadership.
• Total experience of 18+ years in the field.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Primary point for contract performance including tech, cost, schedule, and staffing.
• Deliver on contractual obligations and growth opportunities.
• Provide regular progress reports to SAIC leadership.
• Onboard new staff and maintain qualified personnel pipeline.
• Coordinate and participate in quarterly PMRs and cost control.
• Maintain awareness of SAIC solutions and surge capabilities.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables to customer.
