You will lead end-to-end development, implement REST/RPC APIs, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver features while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

Overview

The Technical Expert, Mid will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic web applications and robust software solutions. Leveraging your expertise in both backend and frontend development, you will drive the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality user experiences and seamless application performance. Using .NET technologies alongside React, JavaScript, and other modern frameworks, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver scalable and reliable solutions that meet organizational objectives.

This position requires a combination of technical proficiency, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments. A focus on clean code, adherence to best practices, and an agile mindset is crucial in contributing to the success of development projects.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in the ASP.NET framework, Entity Framework, and designing APIs using architectural patterns such as Dependency Injection.
• Proficiency in .NET programming languages, specifically C#, ADO.NET, and Entity Framework.
• Implement architecture styles/APIs, including REST and RPC.
• Design and deliver dynamic user interfaces using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and HTML5/CSS3.
• Ensure responsiveness, performance, and quality of web applications while collaborating with UI/UX teams.
• Lead and engage in end-to-end development processes, from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to define and implement new features.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable code adhering to coding standards and guidelines.
• Conduct comprehensive testing, including unit, integration, and system testing, to verify code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs to ensure reliability.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing meaningful feedback to peers.
• Utilize Git/Gitlab for source control and version management.
• Contribute to the optimization and improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Deep familiarity with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Cloud exposure with platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Minimum Skills Required:

• Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with diverse technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic project environments.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements, identify gaps, and coordinate with specialized teams to resolve them.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with front-end frameworks like React and modern web development tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of database design and optimization for both SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Strong familiarity with Object Relational Mappers such as Entity Framework.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Gitlab.
• Professional certifications in .NET technologies or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage workflows and deliverables effectively.
