Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a .NET/React Full Stack Developer, SME, to design, build, and maintain high- quality web applications. You will work across front-end and back-end layers, crafting scalable APIs and components while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time.

The role requires 8+ years in full-stack development, strong React/TypeScript skills, and a Top Secret clearance. The position is onsite with potential for routine collaboration across teams and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET framework, .NET languages (e.g., C#, ADO.NET, EF), and Entity Framework.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and web technologies.
  • Strong understanding of front-end and back-end design patterns.
  • Proficient in writing reusable, maintainable code focused on performance and scalability.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance; ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

  • Build, enhance, and maintain web applications based on ASP.NET, EF, and SQL Server.
  • Develop front-end components using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5/CSS3.
  • Design scalable, reusable components for front-end and back-end.
  • Develop APIs with REST architecture and DI best practices.
  • Ensure applications are high-performing, secure, and responsive.
  • Collaborate with designers, PMs, and developers to implement new features.
  • Write clean, scalable code following industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct unit, integration, and system testing; address issues proactively.
  • Participate in code reviews and CI/CD workflows using GitLab.
  • Work with Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely feature delivery.

Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client.

The Work:

The .NET/React Full Stack Developer, SME, will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and services. With a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development frameworks, you will be responsible for creating seamless, efficient, and scalable solutions to deliver an exceptional user experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including designers, product managers, and developers, you will engage in the full software development lifecycle: from initial concepts and design to testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, enhance, and maintainweb applicationsbased on theASP.NET framework, Entity Framework, andSQL Server.
  • Develop and maintain front-end components usingReact, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, andHTML5/CSS3.
  • Design and implement scalable and reusable components for both thefront-endandback-end.
  • DevelopAPIswith architectural styles such asREST, leveraging best practices likeDependency Injection.
  • Ensure applications are high-performing, secure, and responsive while offering an exceptional user experience.
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in adherence to industry standards and internal best practices.
  • Conduct thorough unit, integration, and system testing to ensure application quality and functionality.
  • Proactively identify and address bugs or technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
  • Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to peers to improve software quality.
  • Utilize Git/GitLab for source control and manage code repositories efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge ofObject Relational MapperslikeEntity Framework, along with database design (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Hands-on experience withDevOps practicesincludingCI/CD pipelines, Docker, andGitLab CI/CD workflows.
  • Professional certifications in.NET developmentorcloud computing technologies.
  • Exposure to and experience working in anAgile/Scrum environmentto deliver iterative software solutions.
