Job summary

Apex Systems in Boston, MA is hiring a BEST Technical Environment Manager to support the adoption of the future HR and Payroll system. You will collaborate with the BEST PMO, Solution Technical Lead, and vendors to configure and manage data, access, and environments across non-production and production settings.

You will oversee security, reporting, and SLA metrics while coordinating with SI and product vendors to ensure a reliable, secure operation aligned with Commonwealth needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments in projects of similar size and complexity to BEST.
• Experience with system administration and monitoring for SaaS delivery models.
• Demonstrated experience across all phases of large program system implementation and Go-live operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage environment configurations in coordination with SI and Vendor, including user access, data status, and integration status.
• Design and implement cross-system monitoring for SaaS and on-premises solutions.
• Coordinate with Commonwealth teams to maintain operational performance and data integrity.
