Job summary

Tier4 Group seeks a seasoned Technical Environment Manager to lead the configuration and ongoing operation of environments for the new Human Resource Management and Payroll solution. Based in Boston, you will collaborate with SI, product vendors, CMW, and Commonwealth teams to ensure secure, well-governed environments and end-to-end readiness for Go-Live.

You will drive the implementation of monitoring, access controls, and data synchronization across production and non-production environments,

Qualifications

• Experience in technical configurations and processing environments on large projects.
• Experience with SaaS delivery models and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong ability to lead root-cause analyses and drive resolution.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the configuration of multiple environments in coordination with SI and vendors.
• Monitor security compliance, access controls, and data integrity across environments.
• Provide regular status reporting on environment health, changes, and future plans.
