Job summary

Talent Groups seeks a Technical Environment Manager to support the adoption of a future HR and Payroll SaaS solution. You will collaborate with PMO, technical leads, vendors, and internal risk/compliance teams to deploy configurations and manage data across environments.

The role emphasizes security policy enforcement, operational support, reporting, and environment readiness for go-live. Requires strong incident management and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or related field required.
• Minimum of seven years IT experience with large application migrations.
• Experience with operating in a 24x7 environment and managing multiple environments.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of the HR/Payroll SaaS environment across production and non-production environments.
• Define standards, protocols and tools for environment management.
• Coordinate with SI, product vendors, risk/compliance and program leadership.
• Monitor data, security, access controls and SLAs for SaaS environments.
• Assist testing, go-live readiness and ongoing operational support.
