The role administers Salesforce environments, manages users, reports, and upgrades, and coordinates releases and integrations with business users and development teams. Salesforce certifications are preferred; Omni Studio experience is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering Salesforce environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, reports, dashboards, and security models.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting system integrations and coordinating development initiatives.
• Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary System Administrator for Salesforce environments and manage users, reports, dashboards, workflows, and routine tasks.
• Respond to end-user and enhancement requests and prepare environments for upgrades/releases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Coordinate evaluation, scoping, prioritization, and completion of development requests and integrations.
• Partner with development teams to support delivery of enhancements and new functionality.
• Act as liaison between business users and application development teams; ensure alignment with objectives.
