Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to growth for Unlayer’s high touch customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Unlayer’s clients and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize value.
• Identify processes to maximize product adoption and customer’s business objectives.
