Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Strategy: Own and drive customer-specific engagement strategy, including product penetration, adoption, and market share growth.
• Technical Leadership & Execution: Act as the primary technical leader for customer programs including tool qualification, ramp, and issue resolution.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Engineering, Service, and Sales teams to deliver product value, align roadmap, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of highly technical engineers. Drive skill development, knowledge transfer, and strong collaboration across global teams.
• Business & Operational Ownership: Work with Business Units to execute business objectives, improve customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 5-10 years of semiconductor or capital equipment experience.
• Strong background in lithography, mask manufacturing, or inspection systems.
• Strong customer‑facing experience and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reticle inspection, EUV, and advanced semiconductor nodes.
• Prior leadership experience and experience working with global semiconductor customers.

Base Pay Range

$107,000.00 - $181,900.00 Annually
