Responsibilities

• Deliver expert technical support that ensures optimal tool performance in customer fabs
• Implement detailed installation plans
• Develop and implement applications that solve customer problems using existing and pre‑release products
• Work with engineering teams to resolve hardware/software issues, scope feature requests to improve current products, and collect requirements for future products
• Coordinate activities with customers and internal teams
• Maintain strategic customer relationships
• Deliver technical presentations and customer training
• Assist sales teams with technical assessments and product specifications
• Travel Required up to 20% to support high-volume manufacturing sites

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years

Base Pay Range: $78,200.00 - $132,900.00 Annually. Primary Location: USA-AZ-Chandler.
