Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Seattle is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead complex cloud solution projects, blending technical depth with program leadership to drive successful AWS-based implementations for clients.

You will apply Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework, facilitate technical discussions, and ensure alignment with customer outcomes while communicating trade-offs and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or engagement management work leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects experience
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects
• Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions
• Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards
