Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Trainer and Coach to enable AWS’s global field organization, front-line managers, and leaders-to-leaders. You will deliver sophisticated training to high-level AWS employees, shaping executive engagement and strategic solution development for enterprise customers.

You will mentor junior trainers, influence enablement strategy, and contribute to content addressing AI and cloud transformation for strategic customers, potentially impacting large-scale revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating or delivering training, including technical training, and coaching.
• 2+ years in B2B sales environments.
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced global enablement and training programs for field teams and leaders.
• Develop new training programs or iterate existing ones to meet business needs.
• Conduct high-impact training using executive coaching and immersive learning methods.
• Create engaging learning experiences in each training class with innovative strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and strategically aligned content delivery.
• Provide feedback to course developers to drive curriculum improvement.
• Deliver programs that align AWS strategy with sales and business development at an enterprise level.
• Help field members translate AWS solutions into enterprise-level business outcomes.
