Job summary

Cacheflow is hiring a Technical Enablement Manager to create programs and learning experiences for technical sellers, such as Solutions Engineers and Solution Architects. You will work closely with the Customer Solutions team to ensure they have the resources needed to sell effectively.

You will be responsible for designing onboarding processes, developing training materials, and running ongoing enablement programs. A solid understanding of AI tools and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in technical enablement or similar roles.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate training for technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience using AI in your own work.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding for technical seller personas.
• Build materials and assessments for new technical sellers.
• Develop a library of technical enablement content.
