Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company is seeking a Technical Communicator to create, organize, and deliver accurate technical information for technicians, service managers, and customers across branches. This role acts as a bridge between OEM partners and internal teams to ensure efficient troubleshooting and high-quality support.

You will develop service documentation, translate OEM updates, manage libraries, and support training.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate complex mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical concepts into clear instructions.
• Experience with heavy equipment systems including Komatsu and allied product lines.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics, and service manuals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF editors, and documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel to Linder branches and OEM facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain service documentation for technicians and customers.
• Translate OEM updates into clear technician instructions.
• Coordinate with branches and OEM partners to ensure consistent service practices.
• Support troubleshooting, service calls, and warranty data review.
• Create training materials and knowledge resources.
