Job summary

Quality Vision International Inc. in Rochester, NY, is seeking an OGP Services Technical Content Developer II responsible for independently creating, maintaining, and improving technical content that supports installation, calibration, maintenance, and service topics of QVI-designed products.

You will monitor documentation effectiveness and help the team meet content development metrics and delivery standards while mentoring peers and collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma; technical degree preferred.
• 4+ years in technical writing or related content development in a technical/engineering environment.
• Ability to write clearly for a technical audience with structured authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and improve technical content for installation, calibration, maintenance and service topics.
• Monitor documentation effectiveness and support content delivery metrics.
• Establish and maintain documentation templates, style guides, and templates for review meetings.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure content accessibility and revision control.
