Inframark seeks a Technical Director for Drinking Water Treatment to lead the Operations and Maintenance Services team across facilities in the US. Ideal candidates hold a STEM degree, 10+ years in water treatment or regulatory work, supervisory experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field; data science coursework is a plus.
• 10+ years in water treatment operations or regulatory roles; supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SDWA requirements and water standards.
• Experience managing projects, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on operation of water treatment plants and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with operational staff, agencies, and leadership to meet performance goals.
• Support QA programs to ensure high standards of service and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement across operations and maintenance processes.
