SOPREMA is seeking a Technical Director for its U.S. operations. This senior role provides strategic technical leadership across R&D, Technical Services, Quality, and Product Management, aligning activities with business aims and customer needs.

You will lead diverse technical teams, influence product development, and engage with industry partners to advance SOPREMA's market position and growth ambitions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive technical leadership in roofing, waterproofing, or building envelopes.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, materials science, building science, construction or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Operations, Quality.
• Strong knowledge of building envelope products, testing, codes, standards, and product development.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to set and advance the technical vision for SOPREMA U.S.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and strategic direction across technical functions and teams.
• Evaluate structure, capabilities, resources, and priorities; recommend improvements.
• Develop and mentor technical leaders, promoting accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure technical priorities align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor to executive leadership on key matters.
• Maintain strong collaboration with SOPREMA Group technical leadership internationally.
