Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or related discipline.
• Experience developing and executing communication strategies across multiple channels.
• Experience managing website content, digital marketing campaigns, and social media programs.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading team members.
• Strong understanding of CMS, website management, and digital marketing best practices.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience with SEO, website analytics, and digital performance measurement tools, preferred.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation systems, preferred.
• Understanding of paid digital media, including search and social advertising, preferred.
• Experience working with external agencies, developers, and creative partners, preferred.
• Experience supporting executive communications, internal communications, or corporate communications initiatives, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies.
• Oversee content across email, website, social media, newsletters, and sales materials.
• Ensure messaging consistency, tone, and brand standards across channels.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to craft strategic product and company messaging.
• Provide editorial oversight for clear, engaging content aligned with objectives.
• Manage website strategy, optimization, and content governance.
