Job summary

SOPREMA is seeking a Manager of Product Management to lead the department and champion cradle-to-grave product activities across all lines. You will mentor teams, drive market pricing, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and executives to achieve strategic objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in marketing, an MBA or equivalent, and strong leadership skills. Travel ~30% domestically and internationally is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ marketing experience with increasing responsibility.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Masters in Marketing) or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading teams (internal, external, remote).
• Attention to detail and proactive collaboration across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Management Department for all SOPREMA product lines.
• Mentor and manage the team; oversee cradle-to-grave product activities.
• Support pricing, market insights, and competitive analysis.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and executives to drive growth.
• Coordinate training, collateral, and product launches.
