Job summary

Hawkeye Search Group is actively seeking an experienced Technical Designer / Product Development professional in NYC to manage the technical aspects of apparel development. The role requires creating tech packs, detailing specs and measurements, and collaborating with design and factories to meet timelines.

Office-based role in New York with 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET schedule, five days a week. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple styles concurrently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in apparel technical design or a similar role.
• Experience creating and managing tech packs.
• Experience with specs, measurements, and factory comments.
• Strong understanding of apparel construction and development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage a high volume of styles and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM ET

Work Arrangement: 100% in-office, 5 days per week

Salary: Up to $75,000 base

This person will work closely with the existing product development team and help manage the technical side of the product development process as business volume continues to grow.
