Job summary

The Keva Dine Agency, an independent LA apparel brand and creative studio, seeks a Technical Designer who owns fit and construction from proto to production.

You will build tech packs, run fittings, write corrections and sign off on samples, with responsibilities including fittings proto through pre-production, and occasional spatial or showroom work.

100% on-site in East LA (90023); in-person interview followed by one paid trial day.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical design experience, senior level or solo lead.
• Strong eye for fit and knowledge of patternmaking for knits and wovens.
• Proficiency with production tools such as Illustrator; knowledge of Gerber, Optitex, CLO 3D or PLM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fittings from proto through pre-production with clear corrections to pattern and sample room.
• Review samples, troubleshoot construction, and maintain fit and sizing standards across collections.
• Occasional spatial or structural work: fixtures, showroom, installations.

• Fittings from proto through pre-production, with clear corrections to pattern and sample room
• Sample review, construction troubleshooting, fit and sizing standards across collections
• Occasional spatial or structural work: fixtures, showroom, installations

You:

• 6+ years in technical design, senior level or running tech design solo
• Strong fit eye and working patternmaking knowledge, knits and wovens
• Illustrator at production level; Gerber, Optitex, CLO 3D or PLM a plus
• Organized. You learn a system once and run it.

The details:

• 100% on-site, East LA warehouse and showroom (90023). Not hybrid.
• In-person interview, then one paid trial day.
