Job summary

Carnival is seeking a Manager, Technical Delivery in the Miami area to lead a team of Technical Delivery Project Managers within Global Gaming. You will ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, and budget while aligning with PMO governance standards.

Responsibilities include driving delivery across brands, partnering with Application Owners and PMO Governance Lead, and providing hands-on intervention when needed to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing Project Managers or leading delivery teams.
• 5–8+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Hands-on experience with PM tools (MS Project, Wrike, Monday.com, Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and application delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Technical Delivery Project Managers (~5).
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Ensure consistency in project execution, reporting, and governance adherence.
• Support career development and growth of PMs.
• Maintain full visibility across all projects and provide escalation support.
