Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Sr. Manager, Delivery & Support to lead a large technical team responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting a portfolio of software applications across multiple lines of business.

This role oversees on-site, off-site, and offshore resources and emphasizes quality, security, and stakeholder satisfaction. Responsibilities include guiding project timelines and budgets, managing vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement in delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, or related field or related equivalent work experience.
8+ years experience leading technology programs and delivery teams.
Experience with third-party vendor management and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and security/compliance expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple development and support teams across onsite, offsite, and offshore resources.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
Manage client relationships with business sponsors and senior stakeholders.
Establish and enforce policies, standards, and procedures for sustainable software delivery.
