Job summary
Carnival Cruise Lines is seeking a Manager, Technical Delivery to lead a team of Technical Delivery Project Managers in Global Gaming from our Miami office. You will drive delivery discipline, governance adherence, and portfolio transparency, partnering with Application Owners and the PMO Governance Lead to align IT initiatives across Carnival brands.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 3–5 years leading delivery teams or PMs.
- 5–8+ years as a Project/Program Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid.
- Hands‑on experience with PM tools: MS Project, Wrike, Monday.com, Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Technical Delivery Project Managers (approx. 5).
- Ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Provide governance, escalation support, and hands‑on delivery as needed.
- Partner with Application Owners and PMO Governance Lead for standards.
- Deliver executive‑level reporting and portfolio visibility.
