You will bridge business and technology, drive execution, manage client expectations, and ensure predictable delivery outcomes. The role emphasizes AI-assisted SDLC practices, collaboration with architects and engineers, and skilled stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of IT experience.
• Proven Technical/Delivery/Engineering PM experience.
• Strong SDLC and Agile delivery knowledge.
• Understanding of Java-based enterprise apps and Angular/web tech.
• Familiar with APIs, integrations, cloud, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Experience running Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with US clients.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning, execution, governance, and delivery.
• Drive sprint execution, release planning, milestones, and health.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Manage stakeholder communication, risks, dependencies, escalations.
• Serve as primary delivery interface for US-based clients and stakeholders.
• Motivate teams, improve accountability, and foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering leads on delivery planning.
• Promote AI-assisted SDLC practices across development, testing, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SDLC processes, and release governance.
• Drive project recovery for challenging client engagements.
