This hands-on, highly technical role requires building structure, driving agile discipline, and translating business needs into executable work for developers. No direct reports initially, with a path to lead a team as the function grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in a technical environment.
• Hands-on experience running agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across 30+ concurrent technology initiatives from intake through release.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical work.
• Prioritize competing demands, remove blockers, and keep teams moving at speed.
• Identify risks early and proactively communicate progress, delays, and outcomes.
