Job summary

Brookfield Asset Management LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of technology initiatives across Brookfield’s enterprise. You will manage full lifecycle, coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and strong communication, with engagement across technology, facilities, and business units to support strategic priorities and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years managing technology or IT projects in enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience in financial services or asset management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects across a range of initiatives including office buildouts, end-user technology, infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, and other enterprise technology initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements with stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology and business units, including third-party vendors, to drive successful delivery.
• Manage project execution from initiation through implementation and transition to operations, tracking progress and resolving issues.
• Lead technology deployments, upgrades, migrations, and security initiatives with aligned testing, cutover, and handover to operations.
