Zip Co is seeking an experienced technical project leader to oversee multi-squad programs, ensuring alignment, milestones, and high-quality outcomes. You’ll manage how builds are organized and executed, translating complex data into actionable leadership insights.

You’ll drive collaboration across Engineering, Product, and business leads, identifying risks and blockers, and ensuring momentum in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on delivery and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical project leadership or program management in tech.
• Proven success in steering multi-stakeholder technology programs.
• Technical literacy with modern integration patterns and APIs.
• High proficiency in Jira and Confluence for structured execution.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the full lifecycle of complex initiatives with aligned timelines.
• Facilitate collaboration between Engineering, Product, and business leads.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks; develop robust contingency plans.
• Spot resource gaps and remove blockers to maintain momentum.
• Drive clarity by aligning delivery roadmaps with operational and technical benchmarks.
