Zip Co is seeking an experienced technical project leader to oversee multi-squad programs, ensuring alignment, milestones, and high-quality outcomes. You’ll manage how builds are organized and executed, translating complex data into actionable leadership insights.

You’ll drive collaboration across Engineering, Product, and business leads, identifying risks and blockers, and ensuring momentum in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on delivery and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical project leadership or program management in tech.
• Proven success in steering multi-stakeholder technology programs.
• Technical literacy with modern integration patterns and APIs.
• High proficiency in Jira and Confluence for structured execution.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

• 5+ years spent in technical project leadership or program management within a tech-centric org
• Proven success in steering multi-stakeholder technology programs through complex dependency maps
• Technical literacy, with a solid grasp of modern integration patterns, APIs, and agile software lifecycles
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and the deployment of structured execution frameworks
• The ability to remain composed and effective while managing risks in rapidly changing environments
• Strong communication skills required to bridge the gap between technical teams and business partners
• Capability to build trust and maintain forward motion even when teams have conflicting priorities
• Familiarity with leveraging automation and AI to boost personal productivity and team visibility
• Track record of supporting technical work through production readiness and successful deployment
• Exceptional organizational habits with a constant focus on accountability and team speed

Pay Range

The Pay Range for this position: $146,000 - $160,000 USD based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and Zip's compensation strategies. However, actual base salary will depend on varying circumstances and individualized factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
