Zip Co Limited is seeking a senior technical project leader for a US-based remote role, with optional NY office flexibility. You will coordinate squads, manage status, roadblocks, and milestones to deliver high-quality results.

Lead collaboration between Engineering, Product, and business leads, mitigate risks, and maintain clear roadmaps. Proficiency in Jira/Confluence and AI-driven reporting will help maintain momentum.

Qualifications

• 5+ years spent in technical project leadership or program management within a tech-centric org.
• Proven success in steering multi-stakeholder technology programs through complex dependency maps.
• Technical literacy, with a solid grasp of modern integration patterns, APIs, and agile software lifecycles.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and the deployment of structured execution frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex initiatives from plan through delivery, keeping teams aligned and on track.
• Facilitate collaboration between Engineering, Product, and business leads to keep progress visible at all levels.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks, partnering with stakeholders to develop robust contingency plans.
• Spot resource gaps and work with leadership to clear blockers for steady progress.
• Drive clarity by ensuring delivery roadmaps meet operational and technical benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage technical dependencies for production launches.
• Translate complex technical updates into readable status reports highlighting business value and risk.
• Balance shifting priorities and foster consensus among stakeholders with diverse requirements.
• Leverage automation and AI to boost productivity and team visibility.
• Ensure readiness and successful deployment of technical work.
