You will guide design decisions, drive CI/CD and DevOps practices, and ensure scalable solutions compliant with regulatory requirements, spanning backend .NET/Node.js, frontend frameworks, cloud architectures, and data stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, with hands-on full-stack development and delivery leadership at enterprise scale.
• Proven track record as Technical Lead or Delivery Lead managing multidisciplinary teams delivering complex end-to-end systems.
• Deep expertise in modern stacks: Backend .NET/Node.js, Frontend Angular/React/Vue.js, Cloud AWS/Azure/GCP, API RESTful/GraphQL, and databases.
• Strong background in designing and implementing architectures for applications, solutions, and integrations.
• Experience translating business/insurance requirements into scalable software solutions, with P&C insurance knowledge.
• Hands-on DevOps: CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, test automation, automated QA, and modern delivery pipelines.
• Outstanding communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management to bridge tech and business.
• Mentoring and building high-performing, diverse teams.
• Track record of delivering on commitments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Solution Delivery: Own the full product and platform delivery lifecycle for P&C insurance applications.
• Technical Strategy & Architecture: Define architectural decisions and best practices for modular, scalable, secure solutions.
• Hands-On Technical Leadership: Design, develop, review code, and lead by example on performance, reliability, and security.
• Cross-Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor engineering, architecture, and QA teams; drive cross-functional delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Align business needs with technology blueprints through collaboration with product and business leads.
• Delivery Planning & Execution: Plan, estimate, allocate resources, track sprints/releases, and communicate status.
• Continual Improvement & DevOps: Promote CI/CD, test automation, code quality, and agile methods.
• Risk Management: Identify delivery risks and mitigate through scope/priorities adjustments.
• Domain Leadership: Apply P&C domain knowledge to ensure regulatory compliance and underwriting workflows.
