Job summary

Dash Technologies Inc is seeking a hands-on Project Manager / Technical Lead to run software engineering engagements in healthcare, medtech, and enterprise sectors. You will be the technical lead in discovery, solution design and proposal development, ensuring you understand client problems and articulate precise Dash solutions.

You will manage end-to-end delivery with onshore and offshore teams, lead discovery sessions and guide RFP responses, driving value and client satisfaction while

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client-facing project management, business analysis or technical lead roles in software delivery.
• Hands-on technical foundation and ability to discuss architecture and integrations with engineers and client leaders.
• Experience with onshore and offshore teams.
• Experience contributing to estimates, SOWs or technical proposals.
• Strong written and presentation skills; comfortable leading client workshops or demos.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software and product engagements: scope, plan, budget, schedule, risks and changes.
• Run Agile delivery across onshore and offshore teams, including sprint planning, demos and retrospectives.
• Own client communication: status reports, steering committees and escalations.
• Ensure delivery follows client quality systems and required documentation.
• Track margin, utilization and forecast for engagements.
• Lead discovery and requirements workshops with client stakeholders.
• Shape solutions with architects and engineers; own estimates, staffing plans and content of proposals.
