AiDASH, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end technical delivery of implementations for enterprise utility customers.

You will be the primary delivery point of contact, collaborating with Engineering, Product, Data, and Solutions teams to keep engagements on scope, on schedule, and delivering measurable value. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across data ingestion, APIs/integrations, and configuration, while supporting pre-sales scoping and maintaining

Formación

• 8+ years in technical project or program management
• Experience delivering customer-facing implementations
• Background in IT services, consulting, or SaaS professional services for enterprise clients
• Proven track record managing several projects with distributed teams
• Solid foundation with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and API integrations
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery; proficient with JIRA

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple SaaS implementations for enterprise customers from kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing delivery lead, running kickoffs, steering committees, status reviews, and executive readouts.
• Translate customer requirements into clear project plans, work breakdowns, and technical tasks for cross-functional teams.
• Manage data ingestion/migration, system integrations, configuration, UAT, and deployment.
• Support pre-sales and scoping: contribute to effort estimates, SOWs, and change requests.
• Track and report project health (schedule, budget, risks) using PM tools.
• Coordinate with globally distributed delivery teams across time zones.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption and value realization.
