Job summary

Next Ventures seeks a Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of complex software initiatives. You will partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables from inception through production.

The role requires coordinating multiple teams, managing risks, and ensuring clear communication across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Agile software delivery using Scrum, Kanban, or similar.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to anticipate risks and drive solutions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the successful delivery of technology projects from kickoff through production.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and remove blockers.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-functional planning activities.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate work across multiple engineering teams while ensuring alignment on priorities and delivery timelines.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and product leaders to balance technical constraints with business objectives.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining delivery processes, project visibility, and team collaboration.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
