Synergis in Atlanta, GA seeks a Lead Software Engineer & Architect to drive solution design, architecture, and strategic improvements. You will mentor developers, guide API integration, and align tech with business goals in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or related field (preferred).
• AZ-304 or other solutions architect certifications preferred.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating APIs REST, SOAP, or Graph API (required).
• Experience with enterprise architect concepts and strategic roadmaps (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and designs comprehensive solutions emphasizing scalability and maintainability.
• Acts as technical lead, mentoring developers and co-ops across platforms and products.
• Creates architecture diagrams and documentation of architectural solutions and decisions.
• Defines architectural principles, standards, methodologies, and best practices; guides implementation.
• Collaborates with business analysts and project managers to align tech with user needs.
• Ensures data quality, integration, and best practices in development and testing.
• Guides team on platforms, architectures, designs, patterns, and practices.
• Drives automated testing and robust data pipelines with QA and Data Engineers.
• Provides second-tier customer support and troubleshoots solutions.
• Leads scope estimation and forecasting for development cycles.
