Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Technical Lead to own the delivery of Digital Science products and solutions for customers. You will work with Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Project Managers to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes pre- and post-sales engagement, design authority, and collaboration across product management, engineering, and support to drive digitization in scientific labs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in IT, IS, Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in enterprise software technical implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary technical point of contact for the customer, including to lead scoping, design, and workshops.
• Take technical ownership of customer-facing project delivery, including design, configuration and implementation.
• Plan and track project delivery with Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Project Managers.
• Review customer requirements, author RFP responses, requirements trace matrices, and technical specs.
• Contribute to validating processes, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Travel as needed for internal and customer meetings.
