Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a large consumer services organization, is seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Manager. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end software delivery, driving sprint execution and technical planning, and actively investigating technical issues across APIs, microservices, and distributed applications. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical depth with proven software delivery and risk management experience.

Job Duties:

• Lead software delivery from technical planning and estimation through development, release, and production support
• Drive sprint execution, standups, backlog refinement, capacity planning, and delivery tracking across development teams
• Investigate application and service issues using logs, APIs, HTTP responses, system behavior, and other technical diagnostic information
• Participate directly in major incident troubleshooting, technical triage, root-cause investigation, and resolution
• Assess technical feasibility, dependencies, staffing needs, delivery risks, and cost estimates for upcoming initiatives
• Identify and remove technical and delivery blockers while maintaining visibility into current and future sprint commitments
• Partner with product, business analysis, engineering, and architecture resources to refine requirements and develop technical solutions
• Monitor sprint capacity, delivery forecasts, feature roadmaps, and release readiness to drive consistent software delivery

Skills Required:

• Technical background in software development, systems engineering, architecture, or a comparable hands-on software discipline
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end delivery of software applications, platforms, or features in an Agile environment
• Strong working knowledge of microservice architecture, REST APIs, service interactions, and data flows between distributed systems
• Experience troubleshooting application and service issues using logs, HTTP status codes, APIs, hosts, and system-level diagnostic information
• Experience participating directly in major incident troubleshooting and technical triage
• Experience with sprint planning, backlog refinement, capacity management, technical estimation, and software release management
• Experience developing delivery estimates incorporating technical scope, staffing requirements, dependencies, timelines, and costs
