Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead to join our Charlotte, NC team. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects, partnering with business and tech leaders to define scope and plans.

You will drive Agile practices, manage multi‑workstream delivery, and report progress to executives. The role requires 7+ years in technical PM, 4+ years with Agile methods, and strong Jira/Azure DevOps/Confluence experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years managing complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
4+ years hands-on with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or SAFe).
3+ years using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar tools.
2+ years experience with AI-enabled technologies, automation, or GenAI initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects across business and technology teams.
Partner with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and delivery plans.
Drive Agile delivery practices including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives, and release planning.
Manage schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
Translate business objectives into actionable technology plans and align cross‑team priorities.
Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership on risks, decisions, and actions.
