Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex cybersecurity programs across the CISO organization and partner teams globally. You will drive architecture, telemetry, and governance, translating technical work into risk reduction and measurable customer impact.

You will develop runbooks and dashboards, surface risks early, and coordinate with engineering, product, IT, compliance, and legal teams to ensure secure, scalable capabilities land smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years in technical program management or related roles, incl. 2+ years cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, enterprise software, compliance, audit readiness, or risk-reduction programs.
• 2+ years working with security domains including secure SDLC, vulnerability management, security operations, IAM, cloud security, product/platform security, third-party risk, and security frameworks (NIST, ISO, PCI, SOC 2, FedRAMP).
• 1+ year with architecture, data flows, control design, cloud or infrastructure dependencies, and solution tradeoffs for risk identification.
• 2+ years cross-functional technical execution with metrics, dashboards, exec updates, and decision records.
• 1+ year using AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, documentation, reporting, or workflow automation; aware of data leakage and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead technically complex cybersecurity programs across the CISO organization and partners across Engineering, Product, IT, Compliance, Customer Trust, Legal, Procurement, and GTM.
• Develop architectures, data flows, telemetry, and runbooks; connect technical work to risk reduction and customer impact.
• Use metrics, dashboards, audit evidence, and stakeholder forums to surface risks early and keep distributed teams accountable.
• Launch security capabilities with handoffs, customer assurance inputs, and GTM coordination for scalable operation.
