• Requires TS clearance and ability to obtain additional clearances as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience with networking, cybersecurity and software development.
• Experience leading inter-disciplinary projects and engaging customers to define requirements.
• Experience managing multi-year government programs including budgets and schedules.
• Strong ability to coordinate development across teams and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Organize engineering teams for government R&D programs including staffing and budgets.
• Coordinate requirements, plan schedules, assign staff, and manage budgets and timelines.
• Lead project team meetings and track action items to completion.
• Develop briefs and documentation for customers on status, concepts, and solutions.
• Interact with customers to address evolving needs and spark new opportunities.
• Recommend process improvements and development practices.
• Drive successful fulfillment and extension of strategic initiatives.
• Guide internal R&D programs with high impact.
