Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary projects in networking, cybersecurity, and software development.
• Experience coordinating development of complex systems with customer end-users.
• 3+ years managing multi-year government programs, budgets, schedules, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Organize engineering teams responsible for government R&D programs, including budget and staffing oversight.
• Define project requirements per customer needs and manage project timelines and commitments.
• Lead team meetings and track action items to completion.
• Provide detailed briefings and documentation for customers on status and technical solutions.
• Engage with customers to address evolving needs and foster new opportunities.
• Recommend process improvements and drive development practices.
• Support department strategic initiatives and internal R&D programs.
