Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming communications and customer requests (quotes, order entry, tracking, returns) while delivering excellent service.
• Develop relationships with customers by understanding needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Provide accurate information using the right tools to ensure compliance and clarity.
• Manage order entry and group emails to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
