Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to support customers in Houston, TX. This on-site role collaborates with the Technical Sales Support Team to identify suitable products and provide technical guidance.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree in mechanics or mechatronics, familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office, and the ability to interpret drawings to select the right solutions after a short training period.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• General technical product knowledge.
• Ability to select dynamic products for specific applications based on tools and processes after 4-6 weeks of training with the Technical Sales Support Team.
• Technical drawing interpretation.
• Experience working with SAP.
