Job summary

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers, providing timely and professional support.
• Order & Documentation Administration: Prepare, manage, and follow up on customer documentation, including quotations, order confirmations, invoices, and credit notes.
• Order Processing & Sample Coordination: Coordinate customer orders, returns, exchanges, and sample shipments while maintaining accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.
• Accounts Receivable & Consignment Management: Monitor accounts receivable activities, support collection efforts, and manage monthly consignment stock coordination and invoicing.
• Complaint Resolution & Cross-Functional Coordination: Track and resolve customer complaints by collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Operations & Reporting: Maintain sales data and company systems, prepare regular and ad hoc reports, and support sales activities in partnership with account managers and sales leadership.
