TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join a contract role based in Tempe, AZ. The position primarily involves phone, email and chat support for a financial services client, with a daily volume of calls and messages and troubleshooting across browsers, apps and mobile OS.

You will handle 35-40 contacts daily, providing solutions, guidance and issue resolution while documenting interactions in the CRM. Training and growth opportunities are highlighted in this role.

Description

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Rep that will provide primarily phone support, email and chat. This includes handling customer service issues. They will be taking about 35-40 calls, chats, emails daily to troubleshoot issues for customers. Will be troubleshooting applications, browsers, iOS/ Android, etc.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
