Job summary

Kong is seeking a Customer Experience professional to join our CX team and help customers leverage APIs and microservices to achieve business goals. You will build strong relationships during the customer lifecycle and ensure value from Kong investments.

You will partner with US sales, drive adoption strategies, and develop reusable assets and tooling to scale success for a growing portfolio of customers across cloud-native environments.
