Job summary

Kong Inc., the AI Connectivity Company, seeks a Customer Experience professional to help customers leverage Kong’s APIs and microservices, driving adoption and value realization. You will manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, build relationships, and work with Sales to expand usage of Kong’s platform.

You will contribute to scalable, self-service assets and best practices while collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver customer outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, open-source, or infrastructure software environments.
• Ability to design scalable customer engagement strategies and automation.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and API management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coaching customers throughout their lifecycle and coordinating with CX teams.
• Define adoption plans and post-sales engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to maximize solution value.
• Improve tooling and processes to increase team efficiency.
• Manage customer projects and ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop deep product knowledge and translate into customer usage.
• Represent Kong and contribute to cross-team collaboration.
