The role combines customer service, technical coordination, quoting, order management and account support to ensure accurate information and commitments for dealers and end users. You will coordinate with Engineering, Sales and Operations, review CAD drawings, manage orders in SAP and maintain customer data across systems.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Business or related field preferred, or 2+ years in customer service or sales support.
• Experience handling quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Strong customer service skills with ownership of requests through to completion.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with quotations, pricing, orders, and customer data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance and other teams.

Aufgaben

• Own customer requests from initial contact through order fulfillment.
• Coordinate technical and product requirements with Engineering, Design, Estimating, Sales and Operations.
• Prepare quotes and provide pricing, availability, lead times and order status.
• Process standard, custom, and design-related orders in SAP.
• Monitor orders and backlogs, communicate status, and resolve delays.
