Pelican Products, in Torrance, CA, is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager to lead the development of custom protective packaging solutions from concept through production. You will partner with customers, Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing to solve complex technical challenges and deliver innovative packaging that protects critical equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sales or packaging engineering or related client-facing roles.
• Experience developing custom packaging solutions and protective systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM principles.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations.

Responsibilities
